The posibility to ring another Team or Advisor from the desktop app
The mobile app has the possibility to ring another team within an organisation from the app so useres are desk based and don't use there mobile phones or do not have mobile phones. It would be good for advisors to ring other advisors directly within Expert Connect.

Expert Connect Calls Between Locations
Need the ability to call internally to our other locations by dialing their department expert connect phone number from our department expert connect phone number. Currently no option to make inter-company phone calls from one to another. Doesn't make much sense to not be able to communicate with our other locations using expert connect

Answering another call after hanging up
When a call comes in and I am already on another call, when I hang up, I do not have the option to answer the still incoming call. It would be nice to be able to answer that call if possible.

ability to answer calls with the ear bud or headset
Would like to have the ability to answer calls with the ear bud or headset rather than have to run back to the computer. log in at times, before being able to actually answer the call.

Introduction message
When we are calling to the customer, there should be possibility to add introduction message recording. Then advisor dont need to tell customer that call will be recorded.

Drag and Drop Call Tree Order
Would be nice to be able to drag/drop the order in a call tree. Right now if you have to change Option 2 to Option 3, or add a new Option 2 and have current 2 become 3, you have to manually edit each option one by one.

Company Wide Ring Schedule
We're working towards moving multiple teams to use calling in ExpertConnect instead of an outside PBX. For things like holidays, it would be nice not to have to edit 1000 different teams and modify their ring schedules. Having a centralized holiday ring schedule that applied across the entire board would be fantastic.

Outbound Caller ID
Is there a way when calling out to customers through EC it shows which team are calling them and has the company name and location?

Save Filters
Hold the filters selected on the type of calls. Currently if you leave the Calls page the filters go back to default and you have to select the filters again.
