Would like to be able to call another team from a ticket I created. Currently unable to do so, have to call other locations landline to then be transferred into expert connect team.

Agreeed on this, currently we are unable to call to another store unless we use the landline. We can only create a text ticket with another store's team and not call them.

We need this feature pushed, please! All 15 of our locations are now solely on expertconnect and having a team to team address book would be incredibly helpful!!
