That's a very good and necessary idea. Many of our customers have no telephone signal and rely on almost 100% internet signal for communication. As a result, allowing calls via the app (e.g. WhatsApp) will be a great differential for improving our customer service.

Wonderful idea, practically the entire northern region of Brazil still has areas without telephone coverage and calls via WhatsApp would be another facilitator for the customer.
