Notification when a team ticket is owned.
We get a text every time a ticket is opened, or reassigned but not when advisors assign themselves.

Draft work order from phone.
A vast majority of advisors work from their phone. The ability to send a draft w/o to the notification center would save time and resources. No reason someone with all the information, history, and diagnostics needs to send that to some one else to complete.

Using E-mail from mobile app
Need to be able to use the E-mail function in the mobile app. Currently the only choice is to respond as a text ticket or call.

Adding ticket tags in the app
If ticket closure criteria is selected require ticket tag, would be great if when we press close ticket, then ticket tags list pops out, we just select tags and close a ticket, no need to do additional steps.

Improved Notifications on Mobile App
When a notification hits your Mobile App it shows the dot over your app. When you click into the app it does not tell you what the notification is for. If there is more than one notification you have no ideas what tickets you need to go thru.

Change ring tone
Be able to change the ring tone that an iPhone plays whenever there is a call coming to the EC line.

Change Text Size in new iOS App
Changing the text size in iOS settings does not change all of the text in the app. See the attached two screenshots. One is normal and the other is with text size turned to the max. The default text size on my iPhone Pro Max on the fringe of requiring reading glasses.

Automate call mute when Call Transfer is iniatiated
Due to the time it takes to find the advisor or team in the search fields, it would be helpful to have the call muted as soon as the icon to transfer is clicked. Background noise is not heard while trying to complete the call transfer.

Switch Devices During Call / Transfer to Another Device
Would like the ability to answer via web and talk at desk, and then place on hold and pick up on cell phone if need be. Would be convenient for instances when a customer wants a part described to them and you can walk away from the web and resume call on cell phone.
