CarPlay/Android Auto Functionality
Be able to see the same call functions as we see on the app when connected to Apple Car Play or Android Auto. i.e. seeing who is calling, transferring calls, etc.

Change ring tone
Be able to change the ring tone that an iPhone plays whenever there is a call coming to the EC line.

Move button to forward call
When an Advisor wants to forward a call to another Advisor they press the transfer button and then search for the Advisor of team to forward to. When they’ve selected the correct Advisor or team they now have to close the screen keyboard and scroll down to be Able to hit the forward button. Please move the button up or to a place in a way they dont have to close the onscreen keyboard and have to scroll to find the button.

Ability to answer a normal call on a mobile phone and initiate a ticket and recording. Either using Siri or something in the app.
Techs, sales staff, etc. call TC's on their personal line. It would be very helpful to be able start a ticket and recording so all TC's could see the call, and all diagnostics would be recorded for future reference.

Answering calls via cell phone is complicated
Recently, after answering a call on a cell phone, you have to open the number pad to press "1" to answer or you have to say "please answer" - that's too complicated and the caller hangs up because it takes too long. The function is rubbish!

Access Other Parts of App While on Call
When an advisor is on a call on their mobile device, they appear to be locked to the call screen. We would like that to be separated so the advisor could look at pictures the customer has sent them or maybe send pictures.

Merge Tickets on Mobile
Right now, you can only merge tickets within the web dashboard. Having the ability to merge tickets within the mobile app would be quick and easy.

Switch Devices During Call / Transfer to Another Device
Would like the ability to answer via web and talk at desk, and then place on hold and pick up on cell phone if need be. Would be convenient for instances when a customer wants a part described to them and you can walk away from the web and resume call on cell phone.

Using E-mail from mobile app
Need to be able to use the E-mail function in the mobile app. Currently the only choice is to respond as a text ticket or call.
