Hey there, our product support specialists at this time of year are mainly working out of their trucks. Meaning they are driving around a ton all day everyday. A pretty consistent complaint I hear from them is that the app is not driving friendly. I have noticed this myself when taking calls when I am on the road. If I have my phone connected to my truck I can receive calls but I cannot text back or transfer calls to the right advisor unless I look at my phone which is a safety hazard. Do you guys have plans to make this connect better to Apple carplay etc? It would be better if it was more hands free. Thanks
