Status Filters
Allow advisors to multi-select ticket status on Mobile. Today, I can only select "Unassigned", or "Assign", or "Closed". I'd like to be able to filter by "Unassigned" and "Assigned" and cannot do that.

Alerts that would allow you to click on them and take you directly to the ticket each time the ticket has new information added to it.

Centralized Email to be used by Teams without Email Accounts
If a team does not have an email setup, it should be allowed to create or reply to emails from a team that does.
