Add a unique sound for iOS app notifications. It is currently the same as many other apps. Appears that developers can change the sound but users cannot change 3rd party app sounds.

Yes. Our advisors have commented the default EC ringtone haunts their dreams. Would be great to change by team and mix it up.

Need the ability to add custom ring tones. We would like to be able to add ring tones of our liking to our team. Such as, but not limited to,lyrics from Snoop Dog, Wu Tang Clan, Eric Church, etc.

Bonjour, nous aimerions pouvoir personnaliser la sonnerie d'appel mais aussi de notification dans le système. Lorsqu'un appel ou ticket nous parvient nous ne pouvons pas différencier l'alerte si elle vient d'une équipe ou d'un autre dans laquelle nous sommes conseiller. Merci.
