CCMS format
When submitting a CCMS case what would normal be the subject line in CCMS is the "Complaint/Symptoms/Specific questions" line. Please add a subject line and a complaint line. This confuses CCMS or we can't fill in enough information into that line due to 250 character limits.

Show delivery status similar to WhatsApp
Add additionel message delivery statuses (undelivered, delivered, Read) similar how WhatsApp uses the Checkmarks.

Private Notes for Email Only
Today, private notes are only available for tickets that have phone numbers saved to the contact. Would be helpful to have the private note option for email only tickets.

Image preview before send
It would be good to be able to preview an image before sending to confirm the correct one is being sent. Had this happen when using the copy-paste method.

Private ticket notes tab
Would be great to have separate tab or private/internal notes rather than the tick box for 'Private' as this would make it much clearer what is being sent to the customer or not.
