Why Does EC Distort Graphics Pasted Into Tickets?

Raised this issue two years ago on EC #1866149, and also here in this forum. The feature request was closed without explanation.
Reporting it again today on EC #P5D9QAE4R. Still a problem, but being called "non-essential," whereas making "font changes" is apparently being treated as "essential..."
A two-year wait seems more than a reasonable amount of time for something like this that makes the whole app look and feel sloppy to have been fixed, even if "non-essential."

when customers or technicians send in pictures through EC we are unable to post them to a ccms case as they become very pixelated is there a settings adjustment that can increase image quality?
