View-Only Access to Ring Schedule for Advisors

Allow advisors on a team to have view-only access to ring schedules they are on. This would allow advisors to see when they are on-call without being able to edit the schedule.

I think this is a must. We have many staff set up as advisors who can change things in the system. It needs to be locked down so that only people with the proper credentials can change the schedule.
