Transferred calls don't show they are transfers

Had a couple of hiccups with this so refrained from moving this to Complete but appears that all should be working as expected. On web dashboard and mobile if a call has been transferred you should be seeing that on the call popup.
If this isn't working as expected please let us know.

Also when you are talking to a customer and you want to transfer the call to another person, it is always important to be able to talk to the other person who is going to receive the transferred call to let them know a little about what is happening and why you are going to transfer the call to them, even if all the history is in the ticket.

A transferred call having a different tone, or a specific ring tone would be extremely helpful to our Advisors.
Some Advisors do not receive or there is a lag in receiving the notifications of a call being transferred.

I third this, especially as the original that transfers it to another advisor, at least then I know they know I sent it to them directly

I second this. Especially if the advisor is on the schedule, they might not be able to answer right away or they are currently on a call.
