We often see tickets closed without all the necessary details closed. The admin should be able to set criteria that must be met before an advisor can close a ticket. For example: X# of ticket tags must be populated, Resolution populated, Or any other fields that aren’t required by default

Can we add ticket tags back to mandatory or at least a toggle per team to make mandatory? Similar to how we have setup for summary and resolution.

We can close tickets with the default title and summary which are really generic. Would like to require filling these in before closing ticket. Perfect world would have complaint, cause and correction boxes just like a warranty claim.
