The customer still wants the ability to toggle on/off the SMS messages. We are finding in remote areas with poor cell service they are unable to update the ticket using the app, but they can use SMS to update the ticket.
When they are in good cell service area, they say it is distracting that the phone is sending notifications to both the App and the SMS. In this case they would like the option to toggle off the SMS.
