We have Parts employees who are missing notifications on tickets because the customer will send a text, but the Parts person never gets an official notification(on Desktop). Does anyone have a workaround to get notified when a customer sends a text?

We use the phone app and it would be nice to have a different notification sound for text messages verses the regular notification sounds. Being able to assign different sounds within Expert Connect would be great.
