Status Bars Across the Top Refresh

My Open Tickets, Team Unassigned tickets, Time to First Response and All Unassigned Tickets chips across the top need a refresh button or a more consistent refresh pattern. Some screens refresh more than others and there is not a way to force a refresh.

Yes please! 
The information on these is never accurate. 
I would prefer to deactivate them to gain back the screen real estate so the dashboard column headers can shift up into that space, if we're not able to control when they refresh. 
Literally, the top 2 inches of the screen is used up by these things. 
For context, I'm using a 24" widescreen monitor in landscape orientation.
If we could combine and more efficiently use this space, that would be great!
