Spam blocking

As we transition to using EC on a more regular basis, we're getting more spam and scam callers, especially via our embedded web leads. I would like to block these numbers for our whole organization, but can only see where I can block a number on each individual team.
We had a spam text group a week or so ago that looked like a group of bots texting each other. This created tickets in EC. I blocked those numbers to shut down the texts, but it only applied to one team at a time.

I believe this has already been suggested, to have it in as a separate tab in the Manage Tab
