Set default layout for Dashboard.

I am part of many Teams, but I only need to actively monitor 1 Team. Can we make it so I can create my filtered view of the Dashboard to suit how I use it, save it as a default view so each time I load into it, I don't have to set it up again? I remove the 'Rating' column, filter to the Team I want, display only Unassigned and Assigned tickets. Can this be done? Also, can we look at custom Status settings? It would be great to have more granular status labels, such as Waiting or Pending, and also another column option 'Last Updated By' so at glance, we can see if the last response to a ticket was from the customer or by us.
