Option for Call Tree to route to voicemail

We would like to be able to give our callers the option to go to a voicemail during the call tree. This would be for our on call ring schedules as some customers call outside of hours when it is convenient for them but not necessarily because it is an emergency. We would like to present them the option to press a button to connect to an advisor if it is an emergency, or to press a button to leave a voice message.
Currently the call tree will go to voice message if no button is pressed but only after playing the "Press 1 for ..." 3 times which is inconvenient to the customer and will just make them press the button to connect to the advisor.

🚀 Feature Release Update: Voicemail Routing Option Now in Beta! 📞
Thanks to your feedback and votes, we’re excited to announce that the new “Send to Voicemail” option for call trees has officially been released to our production environment — currently behind a feature flag.
🔓 What this means:
We can now enable this feature by request for any dealer who would like early access. This is part of a limited beta rollout, with a broader release planned for early November.
🧪 What we ask of you:
If you opt in, we’d love your feedback as you use the feature to help us refine it before the full launch.

In a call tree, indicate if specific slot is selected to send the call to voicemail.

It could lower the amount of calls that come in after hours. The amount of people that call after hours to leave a message is mind blowing.

This would be a big boon to our On-Call afterhours support, who currently take down messages for 3/4 of the calls.

Why was this closed, it would be such a useful feature? I know if no option is selected that the caller is eventually prompted to leave a voicemail but playing the options 3 times before going to voicemail is not realistic as a solution for this.
