When an Advisor wants to forward a call to another Advisor they press the transfer button and then search for the Advisor of team to forward to. When they’ve selected the correct Advisor or team they now have to close the screen keyboard and scroll down to be Able to hit the forward button.

Please move the button up or to a place in a way they dont have to close the onscreen keyboard and have to scroll to find the button.
