In Insights tab, create a chart with frequency of Customer Tickets like you do for a team.

From Viva page, I liked this idea from from Jeremie Rondeau and our group would benefit from it. I have been playing around with the EC insights tab recently and I am wondering if there is a way to create a chart that would show the frequency of customer tickets for a specific team. Currently you can only filter the entire page based on a specific customer, or create a spread sheet and organize by customer name. I would like to see the number of times each customer has created a ticket for a specific team all in one chart. Similar to the tickets by advisor chart but rather a "tickets by customer" chart. Our technicians contact the TC team using expert connect and this chart would help us identify which tech's have used our services the most and help us understand if further training is required or other areas we could improve.
