We give contacts an "Organization", but it'd be amazing if we can link them together, so if we had a call from Bert from Sesame Street, then we can also see the tickets from Ernie and Big Bird etc.

Linking them would be ideal, then there could be a section that has "Company History" next to Customer History.

There's always customers that ring and let us know their brother or father etc called, but it takes a bit to look them up then look into their tickets.
