Give Admins view and access to Advisor settings

Admins would like to see and edit the individual Advisor settings of their team. Settings like:
> Dashboard-settings of an advisors
> App-settings of an advisors
> Notification when an Advisor use the function “Do not disturb for 12 hours”

Also to be able to edit individual Advisor profile page (job title, profile picture etc)
