Export the entire ticket as a PDF

Would like to have a button to export or email the entire ticket so that it can be printed or have a print button.

This is a great suggestion! Much needed feature. Right now, we can highlight, copy, and paste into a Word Doc or Notepad, but a PDF export would be much better.

I would suggest when exporting, make any phone calls or attachments in the conversation be available as a link back to the ticket in EC in the PDF export file.

We ne the pdf export for adding ticket content to warranty claims for other brands like kramer.
