Not all customers want to receive the automated SMS messages sent after an action. Need the ability to keep the automated messages on while disabling them sending to specific users.

One of our customers has continually rated our service as poor/unsatisfactory because he doesn't like the customer satisfaction text he receives after every phone call. can a feature be added for customers to opt out of this please?
