I completely agree, our dealership would like to see a choice in the 4 hour window. but even by days would work. Currently will not use ring last advisor due to this not being an option

Would be nice to have the ability to set the time for how long the last advisor is rang before it defaults to ringing the rest of the team. For example, after 6 hours from the initial call taken, any call taken after that time from that customer rings the whole team even if the ticket is still open.
