I agree that everyone on the team needs a notification for a new ticket or anyone who is watching a ticket needs a notification everytime something happens on that ticket. However, If I am the one creating the ticket and setting myself as the watcher of a ticket I do not need to be notified that I just created a ticket and assigned myself as the watcher. We need to be able to customize these for different situations and scenarios.

Totaly agree with this, our staff is now overloaded with notifications and paying less attention to messages and some accidentally ignore tickets when it is assigned to them.

I would agree to customizable notifications, I am currently on the Android beta (that doesn't have any notification options other then text and only text) as I now receive about 20 texts a day in the off season.

Ability to send notifications for updates on tickets and new tickets to send to an email address. This feature would require the ability to be set by user.

sometimes we need to have a second or third person to see tickets incase one is unseen or missed by advisor it goes to.
