Hi Voters! We have added in two new fields for Account # and Organization to the Contacts page. We have a few additional improvements we'll be making over the next 1-2 weeks to these fields including the ability to bulk import these fields, download reports & view in Insights, and mostly importantly view inside of a customer's ticket. Our old Account # field in a ticket will be removed and replaced with the new contact pop-out that you see in the Contacts page. We will update you all when these changes have been implemented.
