Call Tree: Press or say / speak 1 for department

If a customer dials into our call tree, I would like for them to be able to speak the option instead of selecting it on a screen. This would enable them to speak the desired option (1 for parts, 2 for service, etc.) when traveling down the road or through the field rather than redirecting their attention from the road or the field to a screen to tap a selection.
