When sending a Broadcast, it often is sent from a number that is unfamiliar to the customer and often customers are not expecting a business to text them. We would like to reduce the confusion by all means including adding our company logo and indicating what types of messages they are signing up for, like discounts. How can we increase the options in the initial Broadcast when to improve the opt in rate?
