Not sure why EC needs to hide all the commonly-used buttons like Reassign, Merge, etc. Push-pin choices don't last through EC log in - log off cycles, so users have to constantly go through the pull-down push-pin menu and pick the ones they want / need over and over every time they use EC. Looks like there's plenty of room on the gray bar--why not use it? Can EC just put those buttons up by default? Or make it so choices "stick" from day to day and users don't have to repeat this exercise?
