Currently when a ticket has been updated by a user the only notification of the update is the last "updated" how long ago column. It would be good to see the ticket highlighted in a colour, or at least bold to give a visual aid. I find myself missing tickets which have been updated (not by me) as I have periods away from the computer and on my return it isn't obvious which has updates and which don't. Frustrating to have to manually go back and check each ticket.

Clear New Chat and Miss Called Notification Per User

Currently, if any person views a ticket with a red new chat or missed called notification, it clears that red notification from the ticket. I think it would be ideal to have this on a per user basis instead. Often times I view tickets in my team with no intentions of being the one to deal with it and I'm hesitant to do so as I don't want the intended advisor to miss new information.

Jeannette Young If you are using the web dashboard, you should receive browser notifications if have notifications set to Allow on the ExpertConnect URL. If you are logged into your account on the mobile app, you should also get notifications of new activity in the ticket. You should be able to customize your notifications for the ExpertConnect app in your phone settings. For iOS, I change my notifications banner style from Temporary to Persistent so it stays on my phone until I dismiss it.

We need the ticket number to flash in the task bar as a visual reminder that there has been a customer reponse. currently front line staff get a brief notifications but they need a visual reminder of outstanding tickets that have been responded to in the task bar as they do not always have the dashboard in front of them

Agree. We miss a lot of sms responses to open tickets. The only work around is to close tickets ASAP which isn’t ideal.

better yet would be to have the ticket number flashing in the task bar as a visual reminder for the advisor that the ticket has a response to be reviewed
