Automatically Watch Tickets I Create for Other Advisors

When creating a ticket, I want to automatically be a watcher for the ticket to monitor all activity for my created ticket.

Hello, Collin! If you create a ticket and are the advisor for it, you'll be alerted of any new activity automatically. Do you mean that even if the ticket you created is reassigned to a different advisor that you automatically become a watcher?

Payton Douglass: That is correct. The majority of tickets get reassigned immediately. Therefore you are not aware of new activity. Automatically becoming a reporter will increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
