I've found that when I call a customer, and leave a voicemail message with them, it acknowledges it as a Successful Phone call, and afterwards it will send the customer a text message to provide feedback.
The first issue is that this text goes to both the customer when they've called us and when we've called them. I think it should only go to the customer when they've called us.
Secondly, I believe that a missed call/voicemail isn't a successful call, and should have the option to toggle a different voicemail like you've missed a call from us, please give us a call back etc.
Both times I have called out as in screenshot, and it has thanked them for their call, when I'm the one calling them. Help?
