Auto Populate SN for CCMS eskalation and eMD eskalation

If an Serial number was added to a ticket and this ticket should be eskalated to CCMS the advisor has to enter the SN again. The product and SN should be auto Populate by the already entered PIN.
See same for the eskalation from the eMD into ExpertConnect. The SN should be auto populate by information coming from the eMD.

In the Android App, when creating a CCMS case the PIN is not entirely copied into the PIN section.
