I agree it needs to be less complicated and it needs to be much more reliable. I'm constantly having issues making calls, answering calls, and the app freezing up while on a call. On-going for over two years now. Even got a new phone to eliminate that as the possible issue. And you better have two or more bars of service for the call to be clear.

You have your User Ringing Preferences set to Cellular. Change it to Ring Mobile App (VOIP) and it should resolve that issue. You just need to be sure to sign into the app on your phone weekly. Go to your silhouette with the circle in the top right, select User Profile, go to ringing preferences and change to Ring Mobile App (VOIP)
