Allow remarks to be seen when payment request is rejected

Allow remarks to be visible again (has changed) when a customer rejects a payment. Currently shows rejected "With Remark", but you can't access the remarks. This is good information to have when calling customer back to discuss resolution.

Remarks are now visible in the ticket and Payments tab. To view in the Payments tab, you need to click the "+" icon on the left to expand the row.
