I would like to see a toggle placed on the dashboard that could be selected when an advisor is busy. This would keep people from transferring calls blindly when the other person can't answer or may be in a meeting. A side bar to that would be options selectable in settings that would allow or disable certain functions when the toggle is selected. I.E. toggle is on, so your name shows busy next to it on the transfer screen but you can either allow or disable the transfer. The person making the transfer would be able to let them know you are busy and they can leave a voicemail for you to return their call.
