Add more Contact Fields on top of Account # and External Id

We need more contact fields to update customer information. Whether they are fields you set or something our admins can set to whatever our business needs, that would be great. e.g. Field 3 might be JD Ops Centre Account numbers. But there needs to be more space, preferably one for a John Deere specified account.
As I had to log a ticket to ask what was what, I've been advised that in contact info he below is what currently stands:
- The Account # is usually either a RACF-ID or the Dealer Business System Account number that the dealership creates their billing in, AKA Equip or CDK.
- The External Id - is a free form field that was originally created for a CRM ID and is now used for all sorts of things.

Let's standardize and make it searchable while we're at it. If a field were labeled for DBS Account # and Ops Center Org ID we could then reliably sort & search for tickets at the org level.
As it is now, we'd only be hoping (not a plan) that someone used the fields as we intended them to be used.

Agreed, I have been asking for "preferred Sale/Service Location", Operations Center Org, Unified Entity ID, Etc.
