Custom Date Range for KPIs in Insights
Have the ability to adjust the slider bar to a specific date range but also have the KPIs change to show correct information based on the date range. Today, you can adjust the slider, but the KPIs don't adjust to the date range. It is more of a visual indication of ticket volume but nothing else is useful.

Easier time report for each tag
I would like to run a report on a weekly or bi-weekly basis that shows how many hours each advisor spent for each ticket tag. Similar to the report that exports from Insights, just with total time worked added to it.
