Having the ability to pre-load message templates that fit dealers business and the dealer's customers' needs. This would allow the dealer's Advisors to communicate consistently with the same messaging whether it be for Winter Service programs, Fill the Shop, Parts order completion, etc. with customers. This would also afford dealers the ability to consistently market to our customers with a more personal message leveraging the EC tool!
