Allow Advisors to be online or offline to receive calls

Allow advisors to set a status of Online or Offline. If they are offline it would be the same as if they are off the ring schedule. Managers could also change this status and the status would be visible to the whole team.

It should be displayed whether an agent is available, on the phone or absent. An agent should be able to set the status to absent. If the status is set to absent, the phone should not ring for this agent.

It would be nice to see which advisor is available for a phone transfer or to take an incoming call. A red/green light availability status bar on the main dashboard would be very nice.

I'm not sure how your store is setup, but we transfer sales calls to the entire sales department group. That way it rings all salespeople and whoever is available will answer.

Show in the ticket details that there is an ongoing call with this customer and with which advisor.
Show which advisors are currently on a call when the call need to be forwarded.

Hello, it would be useful to be able for each advisor to change their status: available, not present, busy... with a color mark. Also, when the advisor puts his status away or busy, calls would not be directed to him.

This is also something Expert Connect is working on into the future updates, I believe once they have the Microsoft Integration of Teams etc. It will show status of Advisors as you suggested above.
