Organization is highly important in a customer contact center where the advisor may not be familiar with who to bill. We may need a drop down to choose between multiple accounts.
Proper Segments will be used for creating broadcasts
Serial numbers are helpful for identifying correct parts and integrations for CCMS and DTCs
Yes this makes processing tickets a longer process, but we believe the time invested now is worth the payoff in the future
